Hi there, I'm Shay – Certified Coach and proud Owner of 3VC Weight Loss. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working in health agencies, pharmaceutical firms, and directly coaching more than 500 individuals right here in the Austin area. This journey has equipped me with the knowledge and experience to help you succeed in yours.

Previously, as the Program Director and Expert Coach for Ideal Protein at Capital Medical Clinic in Austin, TX, I was honored to earn recognition for my commitment to transformative results. Whether it was from the former CEO and Regional Director of Ideal Protein or the incredible physicians and colleagues I worked alongside, these relationships have only deepened my passion for helping others achieve their goals.

How We Make It Happen!
Tax-free purchases in Texas apply only to food products; hardware, water enhancers, materials, shipping, bottles, and containers are excluded. Unlimited free coaching and Lifetime Access are available to participants who successfully complete the program as outlined by Ideal Protein, meet the requirements provided by 3VC Weight Loss LLC during sign-up, adhere to the protocol 100%, and fulfill all coaching session requirements. Virtual Coaching sessions are free only for participants actively following the program 100%. Participants not fully committed or actively participating may incur a coaching fee. Changes to coaching sessions, for both active and non-active participants, are subject to a cancellation fee if made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This ensures fair and efficient use of coaching resources.
